Refund policy

Returns and Warranties

Any returns, exchanges, or warranty claims are subject to the policies of the original supplier unless explicitly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, usage instructions, and supplier policies prior to purchase.

With that in mind, we generally offer a 7-day return window for most orders, allowing customers to request a return within seven days of receiving their items. Please note, however, that this policy may not apply to all orders, as return procedures can vary depending on the supplier. Consequently, some orders may not be eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping labels are not provided by Hope & Faith Boutique.

ALL APPROVED RETURNS ARE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

Returns may be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to return shipping costs, restocking fees, supplier fees, and other applicable charges.

To start a return, contact us at info@hopeandfaithboutique.com or submit a return request through your orders page. All return requests are subject to approval under both Hope & Faith Boutique's return policy and the supplier's return policy.

Return Process Summary

Initial return requests will be reviewed by Hope & Faith Boutique's return center. Once approved, we will coordinate with the supplier regarding return eligibility. Upon final approval and receipt of the returned item, eligible customers will receive store credit in the amount approved, less any applicable fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

We do not accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once store credit has been issued.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may have additional statutory rights under applicable law. Where a return is permitted under this policy, returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Store Credit Policy

Approved returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No cash refunds, credit card refunds, debit card refunds, PayPal refunds, or refunds to the original form of payment will be provided for returned merchandise, except where required by applicable law.

Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Store credit may only be used for future purchases with Hope & Faith Boutique.
